At nnirnaoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refunds policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Securely package the items in their original packaging, including the RA number.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part wrong item, defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning items for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within  7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
